We are a business group that includes a small new winery in Ribera del Duero Denomination of Origin, under Peñafiel´s great castle, in which, besides the wine elaboration, it is dedicated to enotourism and wine investigation: Bodegas el Inicio, an enological consulting through we make our own wines since 2007: Red Bottle International, and an enological laboratory: Red Lab Spain.  So, we make a great quality-value ratio wines from different geographical areas of Spain, without be restricted by a specific vineyard or a specific winery. We take care of our image, and we know the tastes of consumers because we are out and about. We aren´t looking for recognition by famous people, but we´re looking for recognition by consumers. We look for wines that the consumer wish; we want to promote the consumption of wine at anytime, whether if been along dinner or drinks. Finally, we are very competitive on price because we don´t need to inflate prices due to exterior costs. www.bodegaselinicio.com

1. Admiración Selección Especial

Full bodied, dark ruby and purpletinged wine.
This wine has spicy hints, bay leaf and, of course, ripe red fruit aromas wich jump from the glass and are followed by layers of violet and Florence lilium aromas.

The palate has a soft unctuous and velvety texture, firm tannins and a long finish.

Decanting is advisable, before serving the wine. 
   

2. Rivendel Crianza


The wine has a black cherry colour with a high and shiny layer. Aromas are highly complex and personal, with ripped fruit and minerals. As it opens, the aromas become more cmplex and spicy and with very nice balsamic notes. Tannins are sweet and pleasant on its passage through the mouth, constituting a nice harmony between wood and fruit with a very long aftertaste.
This wine is highly recommended to drink with red meats, wild meats, cold meats and cheeses.
Oxygenation before drink is recommended. Optimum temperature to drink: 17ºC.  

3. Rivendel Roble


The wine presents a range of red and purple colours characteristics of its youth. 

It posseses a high layer, coming from the excellent vintage. If we take it to the nose there are many marked notes of red fruit and flowers that can be apreciated , the spices and vanilla coming from the barrel. 

In mouth it is soft, flavourful and well ballanced, with an integrated tannin and long aftertaste. 

Decanting is advisable before serving. The optimal serving temperature is 17ºC. 


4. Pluma Blanca


Attractive green colour with steel glints. 

It has typical Verdejo aromas such as fresh cut grass, tropical fruits and fine balsamic (aniseed), with mineral notes. 

In palate, is a fresh, pleasant and creamy wine, with a long aftertaste. It has fruity, greasy and sweeping flavours.

It is a great wine to drink with all kind of fish and seafood, but also with italian pastas and many appetizers. Serving temperature 6-8 ºC.
