1. Peñas Rejas Crianza 2011

The visual phase is marked by a striking cherry color well covered, this thin layer resists aging aging as shown by its purplish hues. 
Olfactory phase still has a sweet drink and attractive fruit of tertiary memories for wine aging and bitter cocoa and toasted sugar combined with the characteristic fruity aromas of Tinta de Toro. 
The palate is mellow in their first contact, to go as expanding crosses the palate giving volume to the set. Here we appreciate creamy tannins from grape sequences and resinous wood tannins that lengthen wine together. Ripe fruit and notes of aging in this wine perfectly assembled where Tinta de Toro leaves his signature. 
Aging in barrels (50% French Oak 50% American oak): 12 months.

2. Garabitas Roble 2011

In visual phase has a medium-high, a bright cherry color with violet reflections. 
Nose a palette of aromas of red fruits, milk and vanilla, which the wine is aerated in the glass are assembled with balsamic and roasted the barrel is appreciated. 
The palate is powerful and concentrated wine. After a lively and fruity attack her mouth filled with aromas of cherry and forest fruit combined with subtle balsamic notes. A good acidity and a tannic structure dress holding a fruiting body with notes of licorice, toast and roasted.
100% Tinta de Toro. Aging 6 months in French oak barrels, and 6 months in barrels with 50% French Oak and 50% American oak. 2011 vintage.


3. Garabitas Premium 2009

The visual phase has a closed shell marked by a striking ruby color with garnet reflections. 
On the nose is a complex and elegant wine. A quiet cup spicy notes of pepper and nutmeg assembled with a background of black fruits are appreciated. To aerate the wine glass opens enhancing the fruity aromas of the Tinta de Toro accompanied by hints of cedar and leather. 

The palate is broad, dense and satiny. After a sucrose step entry on the palate is soft, with ripe tannins and elegant wine with great structure a volume and a surprisingly long finish. A combination of ripe fruit and tertiary aromas sustained by a surprising acidity that promises long life to this wine.
Aging 6 months in French oak barrels. 100% Tinta de Toro. 2009 vintage.



4. Peña Rejas Tinto Joven 2013


The tasting of this wine in visual phase responds to high intensity covered cherry color, thin layer folds provides bright and lurid violet own youth and freshness of the wine. 

The nose displays in its primary stage wearing a fruity red spring and the memory of a compote of red and black as the sloe fruit, blackberry and cherry also appear. In its secondary stage we will remember the creamy yogurt own orderly malolactic fermentation.
